- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and the content of your message when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or our contact form.

- Customer account: if you create an account, your username, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Comments: if you comment on an article, your name, email address and comment.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages you visit, how you arrived on our website, your approximate location (country or city), browser and device type.
- Technical and security data: your IP address and request details, which our security tools use to protect the website against spam and attacks.

04Payments
Orders are paid by direct bank transfer. We receive the payment record from our bank, which may show the sender’s name and account details. We use it only to match your payment to your order. We do not collect, process or store credit or debit card numbers on our website.

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to help us understand how visitors use it.
- Essential cookies keep the shop, your account and your session working. The website cannot work correctly without them.

- Order and payment records: for as long as required by Indonesian tax and accounting law.
- Enquiries and quotes: up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to an order.
- Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Comments: for as long as the comment is published.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
