How to Order & Shipping

Ordering from Baliamerta is simple

You can order directly in our online shop, or contact us by WhatsApp or email. Both ways are handled personally by our team in Bali.

Two ways to order

1. Order in the online shop

Choose your products in the shop and add them to your cart.
Go to checkout and fill in your details.
Pay by direct bank transfer, using your order number as the payment reference.
We confirm your order and prepare it for shipping once the payment has arrived.

2. Order by WhatsApp or email

Best for large quantities, products without a listed price, or questions before you buy.
Send us the product names and quantity.
We send you a quote with the product price, and we agree the delivery cost with you.

Payment

Direct bank transfer

Our bank details are shown when you place an order. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

Prices in US dollars

All prices are in USD and do not include shipping. Your order is processed after we receive the full payment. Shipping and any other costs are agreed with you when we confirm your order.

Shipping

Delivery within Bali

We currently deliver within Bali. Product prices do not include shipping. The delivery cost is agreed with you after you place your order, before we send your products.

Outside Bali

Delivery outside Bali is not yet a standard option. Please contact us before you order, and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery to your location and what it would cost.

Packing and delivery time

Careful packing
Handmade bamboo and wooden pieces are wrapped and packed to protect them during travel.
Delivery time
Ready products are shipped after payment. Products made to order need production time first. We tell you the estimated production and delivery time when we confirm your order.
Tracking
When your order is sent, we share the shipping details so you can follow your package.
