Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Baliamerta through baliamerta.com, WhatsApp or email. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Baliamerta is a handicraft business based in Gebagan, Kayubihi, Bangli, Bali, Indonesia. You can contact us at nyomantuwi@yahoo.co.id or by WhatsApp at +62 812 377 1461.

2. Products

Our products are handmade from natural materials. Small differences in colour, grain, pattern and size compared with the photos are normal and are not considered a defect. Product information and photos are shown as accurately as possible.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices for wholesale and custom quantities are given in a written quote, which is valid for the period stated in that quote. Product prices do not include shipping. The shipping cost is agreed with you after you place your order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and received full payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or the details are incorrect. In that case any payment received is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made by direct bank transfer, using the order number as the payment reference. Orders are processed after the payment has arrived in our account. Any bank fees are agreed between you and us when we confirm your order.

6. Production and delivery

Products that are made to order need production time, which we tell you when confirming the order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

7. Delivery area and shipping costs

We currently deliver within Bali. Delivery to other locations is only possible by prior agreement. The shipping cost, and any taxes, duties or other fees, are agreed with you after you place your order and before we ship. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, photos and designs on this website belong to Baliamerta or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
